It appears that I have tennis elbow in my right arm. Laying the floor back in December caused some problems, and now I'm in a brace for awhile. I think the way I'm holding my arm when playing WOW isn't helping. I either have to find a new desk/seating situation or slow up on the WOW for awhile. To go back to the previous paragraph- if I was working in the yard, I wouldn't be holed up in the house playing a computer game that involves bashing on a variety of baddies for hours on end, and that would be better for my arm and my general outlook on life.
I'm going to try my rowing machine again tonight. I"ve been on a 3 week sabbatical, partly due to the tendonitis issue. As long as I focus on using the legs and don't screw up and pull too hard, I should be ok. lack of exercise is really getting to me. I've been walking the dogs once a week- they are ready for more exercise as well-galloping around the yard doesn't quite cut it.
