How much it will take to boggle the narrow-minded folks in our country out of their self righteous ruts? It would probably take us getting to the point of eating road-kill by firelight, then they might think this war was a bad idea.

They aren't spending their own money anyway so they don't care.
They've got no sense of history or destiny and don't realize that half of the problems we have now were foisted on us by our predecessors, but we don't stop the trend and continue to foist our problems onto the next generation.
Sooner or later the bill comes due!
