Busy?

Oh yes, I have been...very, very busy. What with work, dog-wrangling, keeping the flower beds weeded, mowing, etc. I just don't have much time for blogging activities.
I'm mostly been reading novels lately....I haven't read anything outstanding lately. As a matter of fact, I can't even remember the name of the book I just finished..this is probably a sign that I need to take a break from reading, or pick some more interesting reading material.
I think I'm going to take a stab at the Dresden Files novels. The T.V. series ain't half bad.
We did get a new car last week...a 2008 Ford Escape. I'll post some pictures if I can ever get off my butt and take them.
I'm counting down the moments until we go to Michigan for 3 weeks. I'm really ready for a vacation. I also just looked at my vacation hours/personal day accrual thingie and for the 3rd or 4th month in a row I'm maxed out at vacation, so its a good thing I'm taking 3 weeks to whittle that down a bit.
Sunday isn't going to be fun- we have major networking changes going on that will likely result in me getting called a few times. I already warned people that my cell would be O.F.F. all day Saturday so I can take a break.
